UNI/PdR 125:2022: TECNOCRYO and Gender Equality

TECNOCRYO S.P.A is proud to announce that, in July 2026, the company achieved a new certification, which will be added to the various accreditations obtained over the years. UNI/PdR 125:2022 is a certification of fundamental importance in today’s professional landscape. It is aimed at promoting and achieving gender equality within the workplace. This priority has been established as Goal No. 5 in the United Nations 2030 Agenda, setting a clear target for gender equality and the empowerment of all women.

The certification therefore serves as a clear demonstration of the specific attention paid to this matter, particularly within the strictly technical context of the metalworking sector. The company has always positioned itself as an environment in which everyone can be actively involved in internal growth processes, both as individuals and as part of a larger organisation. Achieving UNI/PdR 125:2022, in such a context, completes a process of compliance that is by no means a foregone conclusion.
