These plants can process CO2 from biogenic or industrial sources with compression systems, impurity removal on activated carbon, drying, and liquefaction with inert removal systems. They include integrated refrigeration units based on natural refrigerants (R717, R290, or R744).

The final product complies with ISBT/EIGA standards, and the equipment in contact with the product is constructed according to MOCA regulations.

Capacity ranges from 100 to 4000 kg/h

For this reason, Tecnocryo has engineered a compact, versatile, and easy-to-install package, consisting of a cryogenic pump equipped with pipes and valves that are appropriately designed, and optionally including a control logic panel. All of this is installed on a single base (skid).

This type of solution can be used and customised for any service condition, such as in explosive atmosphere zones (ATEX) or environments with particularly harsh atmospheric temperatures.
